Legal right of withdrawal
Unless one of the exceptions indicated below applies, you can cancel your order without any reason and return the Products purchased within 30 days, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, uninstalled and unused, packaging unopened, with tags and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@vcgncltd.co.uk., before the end of the withdrawal period, requesting the return of the Products, indicating your name, order number and Products you wish to return, and attaching the receipt or proof of purchase that we sent you in the Order Confirmation. Next, we will send you (i) a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and when the Product you wish to return will be collected by our authorized carrier at the same delivery address that you indicated when placing your order and (ii) the information on the direct expenses of the return that would apply. In case of failed delivery for reasons not attributable to VCGNC Ltd, all costs and expenses derived from the failed collection and a new collection attempt will be assumed by you. In the event of two or more failed collections, it will be understood that you have waived the exercise of your legal right of withdrawal. For the above purposes, it is considered, in any case, failed collection for reasons not attributable to VCGNC Ltd, by way of example, without prejudice to any other analogous, any collection derived from the exercise of the legal right of withdrawal that could not be carried out in the shipping address indicated when placing the order for any of the following reasons: (i) that the data of the address indicated is incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete; (ii) absence of the recipient at the indicated address; (iii) that in any of the above cases it has not been possible to contact the recipient at the contact telephone number provided or that, having contacted, the collection could not be effectively carried out (iv) the rejection of the collection by your part.
Damage during transport

Any claim for damage in transport must be submitted no later than 7 calendar days after reception, following United Kingdom law.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Without prejudice to other exceptions to the right of withdrawal provided for in applicable law, the right of withdrawal indicated in this Refund Policy does not apply to (i) custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or (ii) to gift cards purchased, where appropriate, through the web, unless otherwise provided in the terms and conditions applicable to gift cards.

Refunds

Overview

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
